The Program offers a unique opportunity to solve complex issues, understand the dynamics of cross-sector collaboration, and collectively discuss what needs to be invested in for the future of our state and region. Participants also have the opportunity to collaborate after the Program to potentially launch an initiative for public good and to build a broader capacity in our region by deepening their practical knowledge of what it takes to make shared leadership initiatives happen.

In attending the Program, participants will:

1. Forge connections with other leaders across and within Minnesota’s cities and regions;
2. Deepen their knowledge and share perspectives regarding the state and the trajectory of our national and regional economic development;
3. Learn together from examples of and tools for innovative cross-sector collaborations that address key challenges, create opportunities, and bridge divides in our communities; and
4. Work with each other, program alumni, and program faculty to frame and develop future collaborative initiatives for the good of our region.
