The Program is designed for individuals who have enough experience of leading within and across organizations, with reputational or positional authority, to bring this experience, credibility, and connections to the Program and to their post-Program leadership networks. At this time, leaders from the following cities / regions are invited to apply: 

• Greater Duluth
• Greater Fargo-Moorhead
• Greater Mankato
• Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul
• Greater Rochester
• Greater St. Cloud

Participants are selected not only because of their individual track records and potential, but also to comprise a diverse, cross-sector cohort of participants each year representing ⅓ for profit, ⅓ nonprofit, and ⅓ government leaders. A diversity of organizational types and roles is a priority within these sectoral groups helps ensure that participants can, both during and after the Program, draw on a range of affiliations and experience. Candidates with experience across multiple sectors are not necessarily stronger than those with experience primary within a given sector.
